Daniel MURPHY Obituary
MURPHY, Daniel John (Dan). On 2nd March 2013 peacefully at Franklin Village, Pukekohe in his 90th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Dorothy. Much loved father and father in law of Kevin and Jane; Brian and Christine; and Allan and Tracey. Cherished grandad of Liam; Finley and Moira. Loved brother of Aileen and Josey. A special thanks to the staff of Franklin Village for their wonderful care of Dan. A farewell for Dan will be held at the St Peter Chanel Catholic Church, cnr Te Rapa and Vardon Roads, Hamilton on Wednesday, 6th March at 2.00pm followed by burial at the Hamilton Park Cemetery, Morrinsville Road, Newstead. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Diabetes Society, would be appreciated and may be placed in the church foyer or mailed to PO Box 4086, Hamilton 3247. Very much loved brother and brother in law of Josey and Len Morris and loved and respected uncle of Pat and Debbie, Gary and Jill, Kathy and Dave, and John and their families. You have been an important part of our lives for so long we are really going to miss you. Rest in peace now with Dorothy.
