Our dearest Jason, we are devastated that you have been taken from Gemma, Paddy, Joe, Max and us all so suddenly. We have very fond memories of you being part of our "Crazies" group and the very special memories that we have shared together which will stay with us forever. We became even closer through our smaller clan known as, "The Bubble" where we shared many laughs, cheese, wine and beers, dancing and singing the night away, and of course sampling your famous curries! Thank you for your quick wit, generosity, big hugs, and cheeky grin and the time away we spent together. We will miss you, so take care up there listening to "Have you ever seen the rain" on loop replay. Until we meet again...... love Kerry, Richard Jack and Beth

Gemma, Paddy, Joe and Max. Our heart truely broke on the news of losing your Jason.
To us, in the crazies, (a group of 9 couples mainly English and some token kiwis, like me) Jason was one of the quietest, so for us, it was like moths to a flame. We unwrapped `our´ Jason, a friend with great wit, warm hugs, a great cheeky smile, a lovable rouge. We took Gem and Jas on our boat on a long weekend to the Coromandel and unwrapped another layer of Jason. The deep love for Gemma. As Gem tried paddle boarding for the first time and was getting swept away, she kept screaming "JASON JASON JASON", she was too far away so he just smiled and said "She will be fine, she will figure it out, she always does."
Rest in Peace Jason.
