Dallace COOK Obituary

COOK, Dallace Milton (Dal). Passed away 10th September 2016, aged 90. Dearly loved husband of Nola. Much loved father, father in-law, grandfather and great grandfather to David, Debbie and Des, Kevin and Kaye and their families. We were all privalaged to have shared his life, he will be sadly missed but always in our hearts. Special thanks to the medical staff at Waitakere Hospital for there wonderful care. A service to celebrate Dal's life will be held at the Central Park Chapel of Davis Funerals, 150 Central Park Drive, Henderson on Wednesday 14th September 2016 at 10.30am. Also Mark and Julia and Megan and Wayne and families. Nola, Debbie, David and Kevin and families - we share your grief. To know him was to love him.
