SAMUEL, D W (Pat). Passed away peacefully in Orewa Beach, New Zealand on June 11, 2011, aged 86 years. Beloved and respected father of Deborah, Lorraine, Craig, Roderick, Annellie, Kirei and Lara. Much loved grandfather of Cole and Lexington, and loved uncle of Christine, Barry and Elizabeth. Successful in business, passionate about horse racing, a great story teller and always a gentleman. He will be missed by family and friends. There will be a private cremation followed by a memorial servicce at a later date.
