Cyril JOHNSON Obituary

JOHNSON, Cyril Thomas. Peacefully on the 19th November 2016 at home, in his sleep. Aged 76 years. "Not far off 80". Dearly loved husband of the late Cecily. Much loved Dad and father in law to Ken and Karen, Derek and Tracy, Phil-dog, and Maria. Loved "Papa" to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. "Every day above ground is a good day" A Service for Cyril will be held at the Tokoroa Club, Chambers Street on Friday 25th November at 11am followed by burial at the Tokoroa Lawn Cemetery. I've just caught up on this news. saddened to hear this Cyril was nothing short of a fantastic man with time for us kids as we all grew up together.

Deepest sympathy to Cyril's family,

we are very sorry Cyril as well as Cecily has now gone.
They were lovely friends, back from when we went to school together, Cecily was great at cooking as well as sewing, & a wonderful friend. Cyril was always willing to talk tractors & machinery.
Miss them both.
