A brilliant and wise gentleman, a truly special friend to my dear father (Arthur Barlow) and my mother (Liz) when we moved to the Waikato from up North many years ago to start our new lives in Ngaruawahia. Cyril my father and my siblings along with Cyril's boys enjoyed many activities, duck shooting, whitebaiting, fishing, travelling, horse racing and business ventures together.
You will be sadly missed by your loving family and the wider community around Ngaruawahia
