Con was a devoted nurse and hospital matron, a lover of music, pianist and Choir singer, an avid golfer, very hospitable and a good friend to many. The family wish to thank those at Tainui who cared for Con over recent years and offer especial appreciation to Bali Haque who has managed her affairs since her illness commenced. No flowers please but a donation to the Taranaki Cathedral Project would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages can be sent to the Robertshawe family, c/- Vospers Funeral Services tribute page. A service to celebrate Con's life will be held in the Taranaki Interim Cathedral of St Mary, Vivian Street, New Plymouth on Monday, 15 May 2023 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation. Miss Robertshawe made me into the nurse I am. Rest in peace Miss Robertshawe I can never thank you enough for guiding and teaching me mistakes happen, do what you can to correct it, then get back up and try harder.
You really were a heaven sent blessing

Miss Robertshawe was my first matron. And responsible for the career of many many nurses
I thank her for the wisdom and her wise counsel, and some wise words that still sit with me today

Love and prayers for all the wider Robertshawe family as you farewell Con. She flew the Robertshawe flag high. Her contribution to the Waikato Diocese and parishes she worshipped and served we still give thanks for. We enjoyed the joyous Herald obituary.! May she continue to sing God´s praises.
