COSSEY, Connor Garry. Tragically taken on 5 January 2026 at Christchurch. Loved son of Glenn and Angela. Brother to Kyle and Jessica. Beloved grandson of Bill and Cheryl Cossey. Loved nephew of Deanna, Aaron and Sheri. Loved cousin of Jade, Shenae, Nevaeh and Taine. You will always be remembered for your happy personality and genuine friendship.

Hi team was shocked tonight to hear about Connor Cossey passing away so young and very sad. I sold Tools to Connor at Truck Stops from my Tool Truck Connor was one of the most well spoken mechanics I have ever come across in my 18 years of selling tools. Went through my entire schooling experience with Connor as a friend, Used to play video games until ungodly hours of the morning and went on a trip with him to Dunedin to see our best friend. I'm gonna miss you more than you could ever know friend

I am so, so sorry that this happened. He was a hilarious addition to our friend group and we looked forward to seeing him online, watching him stream Monster Hunter and recommending anime (I'll get around to watching Umamusume, eventually). My heart goes out to his parents, no parent should have to bury their child
