Colleen MADSEN Obituary

MADSEN, Colleen. Passed away very peacefully on 3rd November 2024, aged 82 years, at her home in Mt Maunganui. She is now eternally with the love of her life, her late husband Ole.Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Carl and Rosanne, Susanne and Brent, Annette and Brendin. Dearly loved Nana of Hunter and Erin, Mitchell, Serena, Lydia and the late Grayson. We will miss you. A private cremation has been held in accordance with Colleen's wishes.

Dear Carl, Susanne, Annette and family,

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your beautiful mum. Our mum Toni Chaston went to school with your mum and they were very special friends right up until the day mum passed away in 2017.

I have wonderful childhood memories of being at your house near Boundary Road, Blockhouse Bay with our parents partying into the late hours, and us kids having lots of fun and swimming in your pool.

We are thinking of you all at this very sad time and send lots of love. From Simone, Carmen, Julian, and Angela Chaston, and Alan Phillips (mum's partner).
