Colleen CARTER Obituary

CARTER, Colleen Annette. The Carter family wish to thank all those who supported them in various ways following the recent loss of Colleen. For those who were able to attend her service, who traveled from Australia, provided food, and other support and to all who sent cards, messages and emails and donated to the Warkworth Wellsford Hospice, thank you. Colleen was a dearly loved mother and Nanna who inspired us all and will be missed. We are comforted in the knowledge that Colleen had touched the lives of so many wonderful people and as it may not be possible to thank all of you individually, please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of our sincere appreciation.

Remembering a gentle, quiet but lovely lady who we shared Playcentre-and Anton with, at Matakana a few years ago now. She loved her family and was very proud of all her children.My condolences to you all at the loss of your mum .Rest peacefully Colleen.

CARTER, Colleen Annette Suddenly at her home on 1st October. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian Carter, mother and mother in law of Paul and Jo, Jan and Graham, Catherine and Bret, Steve and Tracy, Garry, Brent, Anton and Rose. Loved Nanna of Mitchell, Aidan, Jordan, Evan, Nathan and Shanae. A gathering to farewell our beloved Colleen will be held at Leigh Hall, 4 Cumberland St, Leigh on Saturday 10th October at 11am. If preferred, in lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Warkworth. Self catering BYO plate would be appreciated. Private cremation. For information please call her family 09 4259989.
