Colin was a very rare Good-Man. He had an enormous passion and generosity for everything he did - bringing his big heart, engagement and humour every step of the way. His passing will remain a shock and a great loss for many. Colly will be deeply missed

To Glenda and the rest of the Tilley family
Having worked with Colin for over 4 years at Simx I will remember him as always being happy, positive and having a tremendous capacity for saying yes and doing his best to keep those who used his valuable services as happy as he could.
No easy task. It wasn't unusual to get an email at 3am from Colin, even after often trying to suggest he shouldn't! So Colin clearly had a tremendous work ethic, with pride and commitment to his job.
His vast experience over many years in marketing was certainly valued by us all here. Colin had a great sense of humour and wanted every conversation to start or end with a laugh, even when things were at their busiest.
Colin was valued and will be missed.

In the short time I've worked with Colin and got to know him, he was a good character with a big heart. Quick to crack a joke, had great advice and made sure everyone was ok. He will be greatly missed.

Colin,

Had a keen interest for Basketball, and he was always a great person to talk to about my son and his passion for inter school champs. He was respected in the basketball arena and it sounded like he did very well with stats and other assistance. :)

He was great colleague I will never forget his kindness. May God him eternal rest and strength to bear the great pain.

Colly as I would fondly call him was a great work colleague . I appreciate all the banter we had and the silly times of the day we would chat on the phone because we would always run out of normal hours in the day. He was a hard worker and a total perfectionist (which would also drive me crazy because I had to wait longer for it to be right) I will miss these times, May he Rest In Peace and I send my heartfelt hugs to all of the family. Fly High buddy, Lisa x

Dear Glenda and Family,

My heartfelt condolences to you all at this sad time.

Colin was an integral part of my Simx family, who genuinely cared about his work and those he worked with. His sense of humour, including the introduction of the "Yes" button (a personal favourite) and every day was 'only X number of days till Friday", punctuated with a regular supply of Friday chocolate made him a popular member of the team.

He was always quick to crack a joke or give great advice, sometimes at the same time, while working hard to help us achieve our goals.

He will be missed.

So sorry for your loss Glenda. Colin was a great work colleague and will be sorely missed. His dedication to work was inspirational to me, and I always enjoyed his company and the many chats we had. He also talked me back onto the golf range and I will be forever grateful to him. RIP Colin.
