To Lynn and all the Taylor family. My sincerest condolences at this time with the passing of Colin. I have fond and good memories of working with him in the 1970s when we were members of the Sport's Dealer's Federation. He was a true leader in the industry. Always innovative and forward looking.
May he now rest in peace.

Our sincerest condolences to all the Taylor clan. I first met Colin in 1988 working part time at Stirling Sports Browns Bay and I remember vividly he spent 20 minutes talking to me that day about business, careers and family. TAYLOR, Colin Colin was one of the true gentlemen of the Sports Shoe industry through his long working life. He was greatly respected by his fellow retailers for his vision and ambition in creating one of NZ's icon retail chains. My family enjoyed a long association and friendship with Colin and Lyn retailing on the opposite Dominion Rd corner from 1964. Our thoughts are with you Lyn and all your family.
