To Colin's family,
I have only just learnt of the passing of Colin.
I had not seen Colin for many years. We were the closest of friends in our Primary School years at Marton School and only lived a short distance from each other in the Tutaenui District, Marton. We did many things together both at School, on the School Bus, and many other activities such as bike riding, eeling, birthday parties and many other things on a daily basis.
A real fun guy I still remember so clearly. I still treasure having a number of photos of Colin from the school time. The family won't know them, but some of his close school friends, namely Robin McConnell and neighbour Andrea Bartlett have also passed this year. RIP Colin and thanks for all those long ago memories.

Goodbye my friend and old Bank Manager at BNZ Wainuiomata Branch. Thanks for the memories, including playing the bagpipes in the voucher room with the pig in the wheelbarrow.

So sad to hear of Mac's passing, so many good memories, and some sad ones too - for us BNZers who had the privilege and honour of working with Mac. He was a real people person, the epitome of relationship banking, certainly banked the person. We all learnt so much from him. He was funny, professional, the 'Dad' of us all for some years. A very understanding man who had SO many good stories to tell. Forever in our memories. With love and respect to Josie, Fiona and family - will see you Tuesday

Our deepest sympathy to Josie and family at this sad time. Colin will be missed by family and friends especially with his work for the Cancer Society over many years and his work as one of the last Bank Managers. He was one of Thames good men who would help anyone he could. Travel well Colin, you have deserved it! RIP Colin. Errol & Ngaire Ashburton
