McKAY, Colin Thomas (CT). Of Palmerston North and Apiti. Born 13 October 1939, passed away 17 June 2014. Dearly loved husband of Margie for 53 years. Much loved son of the late Colin and Maisie McKay. Deeply respected and much loved Dad of Debbie, Grant, Hamish, Campbell and Lauren. Adored father-in-law and friend of Jane, Sarah and Andy. Simply the best Grandfather of Katie, Poppy, Hugo and Jonty, Jarryd and Liliana. Loved big brother of Beth. Always admired by all his extended family. CT passed away peacefully after a brave battle over the last four years. A man of the land he loved his horses. Shy by nature equally he was a brilliant orator. He loved telling a story. But for him family was the beginning and end of everything. We will all miss him so much.
