I was so very sorry to hear of Clyde's passing. A very special man from a very special and loved family. I didn't see Clyde often, but it was always with a huge smile when we did meet. Lots of love to his wife and family.

From our very first meeting (he was the land agent) Clyde endeared himself to us that made friendship so special. Whether it was a phone call or a delivery of mushrooms or a hello in the street he was always the same...a thoroughly nice bloke. He will be missed and we pass on our sympathy to Sue and the family.

I first met Clyde at Lincoln in 1969 and we shared a flat in 1970. We have been friends ever since and a visit with him and Sue was always a priority every time I returned to NZ. We had many good times together over the years such as a crazy trip to the West Coast when we were meant to complete a project for Lincoln. We did share a few drinks together in London UK in 1975 but Clyde was rather quiet and took off at 3 in the morning to some lady up north. I finally met this lady a few years later after they were married and living in Rimmer Road. I feel a great sadness at Clyde's passing and all my sympathy goes to Sue, James, David and Jayne. He was a wonderful man, a real gentleman and will be fondly rembered by all who new him.

GLASSON, Clyde Dundas. Much loved brother of John and Megan. Adored uncle of Laura, Gareth (deceased), Timothy and Sarah, William and Lisa. Beloved great-uncle to Ella, Harry and Thomas. Loved your humour and one- liners. Sorely missed. "...Unbelievable"
