Clayton McGREGOR Obituary

McGREGOR, Clayton Jon. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, on 27 December, 2021. Dearly loved partner of Harriet and treasured father to Molly and Jesse. Loved and respected by all of his family and friends - a son, a brother, a brother-in-law, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin, a friend and a colleague - forever in our hearts and forever missed. In accordance with Clayton's wishes a private family ceremony was held on 29 December 2021. A commemoration celebrating the life of Clayton will be held at 1pm on Thursday 27 January, at Te Papa, Te Marae Rongomaraeroa, 55 Cable Street, Wellington. We would like to thank The Mary Potter Hospice for their loving care of Clayton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages may be sent to [email protected]

I knew Clayton as a man who shared kindness to all, shared his great humour, had bright beaming eyes and wide smile. You were a great friend to many. We are thinking of you all Harriott Molly and Jessie at this most severe time. Nick and Virginia.

My deepest sympathies to Clayton´s family. Although I hadn´t seen Clayton for many years I hold very fond memories of the man from the early 90´s. A true laid-back gentleman and one who will be truely missed by all that have shared the pleasure of his company through his life.
