Clair L. Yeager West Mifflin Clair Lee Yeager, 77, of West Mifflin, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, in his home. Clair was born June 6, 1935, in Clearfield, to Harold and Wilma (Bartley) Yeager. He attended Clearfield High School and graduated in 1953. Clair owned and operated Frank and Clair's Barber Shop in Baldwin for more than 50 years. Clair was very proud of founding the Pittsburgh area regional chapter of the Early Ford V-8 Club in 1972, which is dedicated to restoring and preserving Ford Motor Company vehicles produced between 1932 and 1953. Through the years, Clair has been an active leader and member of this antique car club and has enjoyed restoring, driving and sharing his passion for vintage cars. Clair was preceded in death by his youngest daughter, Pamela Sue Yeager, who passed in 1986. He is survived by his daughter, Darlene Zirwas, of New Orleans, La.; and four grandchildren, Dina Pater, Kathleen Bon, Angel Bon, of Pittsburgh, and Dustin Parker, of Ohio. Clair is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two siblings, Clyde Yeager, of Delaware, and Sharon Hill, of Hunker; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friend, Mary Ott. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at READSHAW FUNERAL HOME, 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday.
