Christopher SPAFFORD Obituary

SPAFFORD, Christopher Colin. Passed away peacefully on 21 February 2026 at Kaitaia Hospital after a bravely fought battle with cancer, aged 79. Beloved husband of Linda (Lou). Loved father of Paul, Andrew (deceased) and Christopher. Loyal stepfather to Rebecca and Josh. Grandfather to Ja-wei, Luke and Cole. Loved brother of Margaret and respected brother in-law to Ian. Uncle to Shaun, Jane, Katie and Morgan. Grateful for the outstanding care from the Kaitaia Hospice Team and for all the other people that supported Chris in his journey. In accordance with Chris's wishes a private cremation will be held at a later date.
