I had the privilege to know Mr Kendall and share a few beers in the changing room for many years, through many wins and losses, but through it all we managed to share a few stories and laughs. A man that I know was hugely respected and loved by the boys . Travel well Mr Kendall it was an honour!!

Chris was part of my life since I was 6, as team manager, coach, linesman and friend. His passion for Papatoetoe rugby was contagious and fostered a spirit of camaraderie that has touched many lives. His commitment to our team and ensuring the touchline was correctly referred was unwavering.
