Christine DAVIES CURTIS Obituary

DAVIES CURTIS, Christine. Passed away peacefully on the 7th of February 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Deeply loved by Roy, Ivan, Annette, Caitlin, David, Jeanne, and many others. She will be forever in our hearts. A service and celebration of her life will be held at St Stephen's Anglican Church, Whangaparaoa, on the 13th of February at 9:30 AM. Livestream details are available on the church's website. In lieu of flowers, donations to the local Hospice or St Stephen's Anglican Church would be greatly appreciated.

Our sincerest sympathy to the nearest and dearest of Christine. She will leave a big gap in our lives, particularly the U3A Writers Group. Chris has been a wonderful writer and mentor to many. I enjoyed working as Treasurer to Chris when she was President, she was such a warm hearted and competant lady.
Losing someone of Chris's ability and mana is a bitter blow. I am sure she has been an inspiration to many, and we still have a legacy of her volume of work. May Christine rest in Eternal Peace. John and Barbara Tucker
