Too many memories to choose from. Can't choose between them all. Mum and I can't obviously make it due to Covid-19 but we will be at the beach on Tuesday at 1pm your time to share some memories we both have. Our thoughts are with you all.
Love to all, Rich and Mum.

Reunited again. Love you both!

Our Final Farewell

Dear Chrissy-Babe,

I was the 16 year old mum of 1 baby girl whom you came to love, when we first met at Bakersfield Medical Centre, Manukau. You were the medical receptionist at that time in 1996 and was always so kind to us. I never would've dreamed we would become workmates and good friends 10 years later..and my girl would be helping you with the Dr's mail in the mornings at Clendon Medical Centre, where you helped me be a great receptionist. I am very grateful for all the fun moments we had together, the Palagi, Maori and Samoan trio as you so humorously described us LOL. You were always a great encourager and friend to me and my family. You were thoughtful and kind, loved getting your hair done and coffees with 3 sugars. You loved flowers and your beautiful homes, the cottage and you adored your husband and loved your children and grandchild with fierce Mama-Bear Love. You spoke so lovingly of your mum and sister Noelene...you would speak of your dad and brother and the racing car days of old. I loved our chats so much! I loved seeing you everytime I flew back home to NZ on many occasions. I always made you listen to my singing and dumb jokes...we shared many a laugh together my friend. I am so glad I saw you last year for our final farewell. You cried on my shoulder coz you were tired of being on earth and you missed Pete. I prayed for you and hugged you and told you that there is hope in Christ. You always told me to shush about my faith but i never stopped praying for you Chrissy-Babe. I have no doubt that you have entered into eternal rest with Pete by your side. It must've been an amazing reunion with the love of your life! I will see you when I enter heaven and we rejoice together once again dear friend. Thank you for loving me and my family. I will miss you. See you in eternity...your favourite Maori - Ari xxx
