THOMPSON, Charlie. Jan and family would like to acknowledge all those wonderful friends who attended Charlie's farewell. To those who sent cards, flowers, and donations to Alzheimer's, thank you. To the staff, carers and residents of Mary Shapley where Jan resides. To the wonderful staff in "Munro" Ward, Althorpe Private Hospital, Tauranga who gave Charlie the best of love and care. Once again, thank you all.
