Charles WOOD Obituary

WOOD, Charles Laird. Born 10 September 1950, aged 74 years. Passed away peacefully at Oakland Rest Home, Tauranga on 23 April 2025. Son of the late Godfrey Raymond and Rona Agnes Wood. Dearly loved Dad of Garrick and Kate; and father- in-law to Cate and Baz. Cherished Granddad of Lachie, Natalie and Agnes. Will be missed by the mother of his children, Lynnette, who remained close. Brother of Pauline and the late David and Wendy. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. He left us enjoying the pipes and drums, as he had his whole life. At Laird's request, a private service and cremation has been held. All messages to the Wood Family C/- 73A Hynds Road, Tauranga 3112.
