Charles THORNTON Obituary

My name is Pam Beets and my father Keith Olesen used to work together with Joe at Spences in Fenton st. Joe was a salesman and Keith worked, fixing washing machines as a retirement job 3 days a week. My brother Bruce (dec) lived around the corner from Joe. Bruce was in Ranolf St and Joe live for many years in Devon St. My parents Keith and Audrey are in Glenbrae Rest home, where Joe and Joan are. I would come into the home to see my parents and Joe always a gentleman and he would say hello to me and say that blouse looks lovely on you. He would say the same thing to Audrey my Mum. He was a very kind man and loved a chat. That is how we will remember him. Our condolences to the family. We will be thinking of you all on Tuesday 2.30pm
