TARR, Charles James (Charlie). 20 June 2023 peacefully at home aged 92 years. An amazing man of wisdom, one of life's great characters who lived a life abundant in friendships and humour, a life beyond the ordinary and of true colour. The dearest father to Terry. Legendary uncle to Katie. Adored and beloved by his wife Pat. The meaning of emptiness is defined by your passing.
