Charles COWAN Obituary

COWAN, Charles Frederick. Passed away after a short illness on 14 March 2020, in his 93rd year. Dearly loved husband of Val, loved father of Neil, Glenda and Dave, Poppa of Shaun, Adam and Lisa. As per Charles' wishes a private cremation has taken place.
