Ronaldus VAN VUGT Obituary

van VUGT, Ronaldus Levinus (Ron). It is with much sadness that we let everyone know about the sudden passing of Ron on the farm on Friday, 24 October 2025, aged 56. Dearly loved husband of Sonya. Son of Maria and the late Theo. Brother and brother-in-law of Alison and Colin Thomas, Jacki and Bruce Andrew. The late Suzanne and Wally Hayes and Brendon and Kirstine van Vugt. Respected and dear friend of Jake and Tessa, Bailey and Jack and Luke. Adored Grandad of Harry and dearly loved uncle to his nephews and niece. A celebration of Ron's life will be held at the Gordonton Hall at 11 am on Friday, 31 October 2025. Its been so long mate. Memories seem like just yesterday over 40 years since we both attended Gordonton School. Remember coming to your birthday parties a few times & your mum would make those chocolate ricey cakes in those cupcake papers. Can still remember the taste like it was yesterday. R. I. P.
