Catherine PETERA Obituary

PETERA, Catherine Te Iriroa (nee Baker). It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister and aunty Cathy, at Oparure, Te Kuiti, surrounded by her loving whānau. Cherished wife of the late Charles Petera (28th Māori Battalion, Reg. 800740). A treasured stepmother, grandmother, aunty, and nana to all the Petera and Baker whānau. A service to honour and celebrate Cathy's life will be held at Oparure Marae,Te Kuiti, on Sunday, 23rd March 2025, at 10 am, followed by her interment at Pokuru No.5 Trust farm, Te Mawhai Road, Pokuru.
