MERRICK, Catherine Blanche. Aged 90 years, passed peacefully on the 25th July 20014 at Ohinemuri Home, Paeroa. Loved wife of the late Richard, beloved mother and mother-in-law of Ivan and Lyne, Neil and Adrienne, Terence, and Rosalie and Warren. Loved daughter of the late John and Margaret Carroll and sister of Joan, Helen, Mona, Tom, Phyllis, Janice and the late Patricia, Teresa, Jack and Kevin. Adored "Nana" to all of her grand-children, great-grand-children and "Aunty Cath" to her nephews and nieces. "Forever in our hearts" A Service for Catherine will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Paeroa at 11am on Tuesday the 29th July followed by a private cremation.
