Caleb CHALMERS Obituary

CHALMERS, Caleb Dylan. 4 April 2001 - 19 November 2015. Tragically taken from us far too soon. Loved and cherished only son of Janine, loved youngest son of Craig, cherished grandson of Carol and the late George, Robyn and John, and the late Ramon. Loved youngest brother of Melanie, Logan, Lucas, and Alesha. Loved nephew to Lance, Darren and Alexis, Helen, Ivan, Angela, Mark and Yoko. Cousin to Laura and Carlos. Idolised cousin to Liam and Ryan. A service will be held on Wednesday 25 November at No. 1 Diamond at Fowlds Park, Mount Albert at 3.30pm.

CHALMERS, Caleb. 2001 - 2015. Special little friend and neighbour of Aunty Jan, Tony, Michael, Lisa, Anna and families. Gone far too soon to a new adventure playground. We will miss you so much. Rest peacefully young fella (as Uncle Lew used to call you). Remembered always. The Berry's and Tumoanas.
