Bruce STRONG Obituary

STRONG, Bruce Laing. Passed away peacefully at Totara Hospice on 7 February 2025, aged 81. Dearly loved husband and soul mate of Robin for 58 years. Loved Father and Father-in- law to Wayne and Michelle, Andrew and Alison, and Glen and Shona. Also, Grandfather to Zachary, Benjamin, Daniel, Campbell, Jasmine, Laura and Millison. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Bruce's funeral service is to be held at Manukau City Baptist Church, 9 Lambie Drive, Manukau on Saturday 15 February at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Totara Hospice would be greatly accepted.

Bruce, a kind, interesting and incredibly smart man; his love for Robin and his family was paramount.
I loved our chats about life, politics , oysters ! And travel . Bruce made chit chats fun.
His love for my friend Robin was the envy of town what´s a team . Deepest love and condolences to Robin and the family . A real loss to the world .x

Bruce Strong was a wonderful, kind and caring boss to so many of us at U Save Car and Truck Rentals.
Lots of fun memories of my time working for him
So pleased I ran into him in Bunnings earlier this year. A lovely hug and kind words exchanged. He will be fondly remembered by many of his employees. Kindest thoughts to Robyn at this very sad time and all Bruce's family. Rest in Peace
