Bruce MCDONALD Obituary

McDONALD, Bruce Anthony. Passed away peacefully 10th October 2025. Dearly loved and cherished husband to the late Pauline. Wonderful Father to Frank, Rosemary, Ann, the late John, James, Christine, Peter and Vicky Grandad to Simon, the late Luke, Joshua, Jeremy, Georgie, Alexandra, Aimee, Jonathon, Bailey and William, Olivia and Lily, and great grandfather to Ella Rose and Tate. Dad you will be dearly missed by all of us. Family would like to thank the wonderful care at Papakura Private Hospital. Service to celebrate Bruce's life to be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, 52 East Street, Papakura at 11:30am on Friday the 17th October 2025.

My condolences to all the McDonald family. I have known Bruce since my midteens and he helped launch me into the wonderful world of classical music via Rega Planar, A&E Cambridge and AR18B for just $2000 in 1983 money! Along with his extensive knowldege of music and associated technology, like the advent of CDs. Sorry I will not be able to make it to the funeral. Derek
