Bruce HARRIS Obituary

Hello Beth and family,
We are very sad to read and hear of the loss of your loved husband and father Bruce.

My deepest condolences to Beth and the rest of Bruce's family. Bruce was a valued academic colleague of mine when he was Dean/ Professor at the Auckland Law School. I always appreciated his calm and steady support - and he was likewise a valued and respected Public Law scholar (both in NZ and abroad). He will be missed.

Sincere sympathy on losing your treasured husband, dad and grandad. I recall Bruce from my days at Otago in the mid 1980´s. He helped me through a difficult time when I was questioning my decision to study law. Bruce was so very compassionate, helpful and encouraging. I am still practicing law and many times over the years I have recalled his encouragement. I recall him as a gentleman with a true heart, humble nature and a devotion to his students.
