Bruce EYERS Obituary

EYERS, Bruce Douglas. Passed away peacefully at Hospice Waikato on Saturday 15 January 2022, aged 63 years. Beloved husband and sweetie darling of Gayle. Dearly loved and proud father of Ryan, Glenn, and Jonathan. Treasured brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Special thanks to Michelle, Harry, and the staff at Waikato Hospital Respiratory Ward and Hospice Waikato for their outstanding care and support of Bruce. In preference to flowers a donation to Hospice Waikato may be made and left at the service. All messages to the Eyers Family c/- PO Box 4449 Hamilton 3247. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Bruce's life to be held at Woodlands Estate, 42 Whitikahu Rd, Gordonton on Thursday 20 January 2022 at 1.30 pm. Vaccine pass-es will be required to attend this service. This service will be live-streamed, please contact Pellows Funeral Directors for the link.

It was a shock to learn of Bruce's passing recently and our love and prayers go out to Gayle and her sons on the loss of a great man. It was a pleasure to have known him, may he rest in peace. God bless from the Hutt family.

Bruce was a gentleman and extremely talented in his work in dairying. He always had time for people and told great jokes too. I feel very lucky to have worked with Bruce at DairyNZ, he will be very much missed. Much love to family and friends during this time.

EYERS, Bruce Douglas. Passed away peacefully on 15th January 2022, aged 63 years. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Vicky and Ross Sainsbury (Matamata), Mark and Jenny Eyers (Tirau), and twin sister Elizabeth Eyers and partner Tamati York (Whangārei). Cherished uncle of Rebecca, James, Thomas, Lucas, Elliot, Isaac, Kowan, Sam, Charlotte, Alice, and the late Joshua, and great-uncle of many. Bruce fought his last battle with great dignity and fortitude. We will miss him dearly.
