To Merryn and John my sincere condolences to you both, I briefly met you Merryn with dad at the Cossi Club after 34 odd years ago back in 2017, and yes I did remember the fish and chips after the games. It was great to have a beer with your dad and after so many years and I'm glad I got that chance. Yeah Bruce you were right running after and tackling sheep paid off. Rest in peace my friend

To the Broderson Family, I am so sad to hear of my mate Bruces passing.
He was always special to me and my Wife Marie, in fact had a Hugh bearing on a young couples life shifting to Taumaranui as 22 year olds in the 80s.
We still talk about Bruce and Janice today and how good they were to us.
My thoughts and love go out to your family from the MacDonalds here in Blenheim
RIP Mate.
Johnnie and Marie MacDonald Blenheim.
