Brian you are one of the finest and most noble men I have ever met.
I appreciated the help and guidance you gave me over the years.
You had a wonderful standing in both the Local and the Parish Community and that was a credit to you.
It has been an absolute privilege to know you.

It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Mr. Webb. I have known him since 2003 when I worked for him as his secretary/legal executive for 10 years. I learnt an awful lot from Mr. Webb, and sometimes it was like working with my own grandfather. I am deeply saddened at his loss. I have the fondest of memories of him, a clever, witty and kind gentleman, the best boss I have ever had. My sincere condolences to his family. RIP BQ.
