Your dad was an absolute dag- lots of memories of the many visits to Longfellow St over the years. You have indeed lost your 'National Treasure' but the stories will continue to be told. We are thinking of you all at this time. Big hugs

I feel very privileged to have known you. You were the kind of father every child needs and looks up to, the kind of husband that everyone admires. Your sense of humour was next to none. You would sit there quietly listening then out of no where would come up with a very well thought out witty comment. I have enjoyed my stays with you and Aunty Gail in Kerikeri, our many visits to the yummy Thai restaurant with Kerry and David, celebrating your anniversary surprise dinner organised by your girls, you and your wonderful family have been a great support to me after losing Mum and I appreciate it more than you will ever know. You will be so so missed by so many. Hope wherever you are you have your feet up and a fishing Rod in your hand.
Sending Aunty Gail, Kim, Leigh, Toni, Kerry and your families all the love in the world and I know you all have some lovely memories of Uncle Brian. Rest in love and peace Uncle Brian until we meet again
