POWELL, Brian. Passed away 3rd October 2016. Dearly loved husband of Helen and father of Lance. Much loved brother of Val and Ernie and their respective families. A service for Brian will be held at the Romaleigh Funeral Home Chapel, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote on Monday 10th October 2016 at 1.30pm
