Brian PARKER Obituary

PARKER, Brian Lynton. Our beloved Brian passed suddenly on 1 March 2025, aged 84 years. Loving husband of 56 years to Sue, and cherished father of Lucy, Richard, Philip, and David. Caring father-in-law of Jon, Jane, Nicole, and Alessandra. A kind and loving grandfather to his grandchildren, Will, Olivia, George, Sophie, Harriet, Annabel, and Hugo, and step- grandchildren Izzie and Charlie. A private celebration of Brian's life has been held. Our lives are richer because of him, and he will be in our hearts forever.

We were good friends and I have many happy memories of our time at Kings College (Parnell) together. We both played chess - he invariably won. Sadly we lost touch after that- Brian going to study pharmacy near Wellington and I went for academic chemistry at Christchurch and then Canada. He was a good friend
whose memory I cherish. My condolences to his family.
