Brian was a great mate for a long time. I first met him when we rebuilt Burrinjuck Dam together in the early `90s (with a bit of help). He went on to have important roles in a lot of major construction projects in Australia. Brian and I shared a passion for hunting and fishing and had many adventures together for over thirty years. He was a fearless, loyal and generous friend and will never be forgotten. My family all have very fond memories of Brian and we all send our deepest condolences to his family in New Zealand. I´m sorry I was unable to arrange a flight in time to attend his funeral, but will be thinking of you on the day and will have a few rums in Brian´s memory. Guy and Lil Chessell
