To Anne and family, my sincere condolences for your loss. Brian was known as a very well liked and respected Station Officer and I've seen on Facebook group page over 50 comments all with a similar theme... an example; "Many happy memories of years with Milly as our SO Manukau Red Watch. Hugely respected Officer, Fireman and friend. Never forget! RIP Brian" and many many more, referencing his influence on the Fire Service Rugby as well.
I don't know if you can see them Anne, so I shared that. My apologies for not attending today's service, but my thoughts are with you all. Rest in peace, Brian. Neal Prebble.

Dear Brian,
You have been a wonderful coach, friend and mentor to many of the rugby lads in Singapore. I for one, benefited from your wisdom and generosity. Thank you for everything you did for us. May God Bless your beautiful soul.

Dearest Brian. You raised the bar when you came over to Singapore Recreation Club to coach its Rugby Team. Though there were times when the Team didn´t meet your expectations, you never gave up, never once but you continued to persevere. SRC & your Team will forever be indebted to you my friend. Nobody can take that away! May you Rest in Peace Brian Mano

Can't belief this day has come. Rest well my friend. You've been a blessing to many both on and off the field. I will remember and cherish the times together. Till we meet again.

I was privileged to know you, to play rugby with you, to be coached by you, and to drink many, many beers with you. Rest in peace, my friend.
