Brian Luxton Obituary

After enduring the passing of the love of his life, Judy, in 2022 and heroically battling NAFLD, Dad (Papa) has received the call from Mom that she has everything ready for them to enjoy their next journey together. Dad is also predeceased by his father, mother, brother Charlie and sister Barbra. Dad worked for the BC Ferries for over 35 years, retiring as a Sr Chief Engineer. Shawn, Sherrie, Jordan and grandchildren, Shannon and Mark, Magic (woof, woof!), Mike, sister Sharon, Ken, friends since childhood, and Ed are left with wonderful memories of love, friendship and great times. Dad was our best friend. Special thanks to the doctors and care teams at the Liver Care Clinic, Medical Daycare, RJH and Community Health.
We ask you to please privately celebrate Dad in your own way. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

I had the wonderful privilege of knowing Brian since he was 10 years old. We chummed together, partied together and attended school together. One of the most beautiful gifts Brian had was his beautiful sense of humor and his ability to make you laugh in the darkest of times. RIP my friend, till we meet again.
