BG,
I well remember the first time we met, some 31 years ago in your upstairs office in Hamilton East, courtesy of your Auckland MedicAid manager, equally as well as I remember the last: in the middle of Hurstmere Rd. I felt like I was talking to the squire of Takapuna as it took 10 times longer to complete our conversation while you had to acknowledge all the people you knew as they passed by.
We have both travelled down varied paths in the ensuing 31 years and, while we bounced in and out of each others lives during that time, it always seemed like it had been just the day before that we had last met.
I sincerely hope you have been able to transfer your telephone tab account to your new address.
Not only were you the mentor that everyone would dream of having you were also a truly wonderful human being.

GUY, Brian Victor. Brian passed away on February 12th 2011. Despite the efforts of the Cardiac Teams at Mercy and Auckland City hospitals and a mighty fight from Brian, he succumbed on Saturday evening. Brian's passing is a tragic loss for the Team at Premium. He was loved by us all, he called a spade a spade and had strong views on all things real estate. He was an extremely generous man giving support in many ways to the people he touched at work, socially and in the community. He and Jane tirelessly developed and expanded Premium over a 15 year period and many of the Team and staff have worked with and alongside him throughout. His involvement in the Real Estate Industry is legendary and his passing signifies the end of an era and the beginning of a legacy as Premium Real Estate lives on. Our thoughts are with Jane and all the family. May he rest in peace. The Management, Staff and Team, Premium Real Estate Group.
