Brian Avery Obituary

Dear Lesley, I was really saddened to learn of Brian's passing. As a teenager, Brian and his family lived across the road from my family in Takapuna. I (and my brother Richard) saw Brian on a daily basis for many years and he was always great fun to be with, warm hearted and enthusiastic. I'm sure he will be sadly missed.

Lesley, Stuart, Libby and all the family, we were very saddened to hear of the loss of such a 'big' man. Brian had such life and presence and will be remembered always. We hold you in our hearts during this time. Thinking of you all . Colleen & David Santilli (Sydney, Australia)

Lesley, Stuart, Libby and family,
I can't begin to imagine the loss you all must be feeling at this sad time. It was such a shock to learn of Brian's passing.
I will always remember Brian as a wonderful boss at Thomas Cook. He was a gentleman in the true sense of the word and a man who patently loved his wife and family.
Unfortunately I was unable to make it to Blenheim on Wednesday, but my thoughts and prayers were with you all at that time.
Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Brian was one of those bosses you never forget, larger than life and a straight shooter. Sadly missed but never forgotten.

Brian, it was an honor to work with you and to be your friend. I think of you and Lesley often, yet regretably we haven't spoken much during the last couple of years. I shall always remember you as vibrant and full of life. My heart and thoughts are with Lesley, Libby, Stuart and family

AVERY, Brian Noel. On December 17, suddenly. Beloved son of Bayand the late Noel. Much loved brother of Graeme and John and sister- in-law Gaby and Deb and their families of Simon and Ro, Nigel and Shelley, Monique and Carl, Helen and Lance, and Cameron and Richard. We will miss you heaps but cherish all our fond memories forever. You made your mark in all you did.
