CARTER, Blair Roger. Passed away on 22nd July 2024, aged 43 years. Adored son of Russell and Bronwen and much loved brother of Rian, Brianna and Zane. Beloved husband of Sarah and loving father to Charlotte and Duncan. Blair, you will always be missed and never forgotten. You were dearly loved and always will be.
