Beverley POWELL Obituary

POWELL, Beverley Anne. Passed away peacefully on 12 January 2017, aged 70, surrounded by the love and support of her devoted daughters, family and friends. Now at rest with her dearly loved and cherished late husband George, her Rock. Proud Mum of Rosalyn and Bronwyn, mother-in-law of Simon and Robin and precious Granny of Florence, Hugo and Henry. At peace after her courageous battle with her illness. Our infinite thanks to all the medical staff who showed our Mum relentless compassion and kindness and provided outstanding care. A funeral service to reflect on Mum's life will be held on Monday 23 January 2017 at 1pm at The Chapel of North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany. Messages to The Powell Girls, c/- Forrest Funeral Services, 8 Glen Road, Browns Bay, Auckland.

I have never seen anyone ignore their illness and carry on so courageously as my old friend Bev.
Never a complaint onwards and upwards.
I know George will be pleased to see you.
