YATES, Betty Peacefully on Sunday 10 July 2016; at home with whanau. Dearly loved wife of the late Rawden. Loved mother of Leo and Andrea, and Margaret and Kevin. Devoted grandmother of Holly and Rob, Patrick and Chanelle, Christopher and Kata, Ash and Dominique, and Troy. Treasured great-grandmother of Nadia, Brayton, Antoine, Kyeran, Tristan, Daelyn, Leo, Ashlee, and Jayden. A celebration of Betty's life will be held in the Fountains Memorial Chapel, Elliot Street Papakura today, Tuesday 12 July at 10am then proceeding to Ngataki Waiora Marae where Betty will be Lying in State before heading to her final resting place at Pukekahikatoa Urupa, Takahue on Thursday 14 July at 11am. To Leo and Margaret and your extended families, I was so sorry to hear that your dear Mother had passed away last week. Betty was a dear soul and a hard worker. I knew her in particular, from when she worked in the Manukau City Council cafeteria and met up with her from time to time at the Reunion lunches.

My most sincere thoughts are with you all.
