Betty Partridge Obituary

PARTRIDGE, Betty Ellen. Peacefully on Sunday 30th October 2011 at Middlemore Hospital. Dearly loved wife of the late Harold. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Sue and Charlie, Murray and Stephen. Very proud grandmother and great grandmother. With special thanks to the staff of Middlemore Hospital for their care and support. A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church, Papakura, 40 Coles Cres, on Thursday 3rd November at 1pm, followed by private cremation. I missed Bettys death notice in the Herald, but brother Haydn told me today. Trudy Haydn and I send our heartfelt sympathy to you all.
Mum and Dad (Fran and Bill Delves) were very fond of both Betty and your father and met during the war when they boarded with your grandparents. That is how they met and they remained friends all their lives. I am so sorry we weren't at her funeral. Sandra Halling (formerly Hedstrom nee Delves)
