HUGHES, Betty Rosa. Born 18 December 1919 - Betty passed away peacefully on 11 June, 2012. Much loved mother of John, Nigel, and Timothy. Mother-in-law to Johanna, and Nana Betty to Rowena, Adrienne, Kiersten, Heidi, Jamie, and great Grandma Betty to Ada. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Avondale Rest Home and Hospital. "Gracious is the Lord, and righteous, yes our God is merciful". Psalm 116 V5. A Service for Betty will be held in the Main Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson on Friday 15 June, 2012 at 10am. All communications to the Hughes Family, C/- the above Funeral Home.

HUGHES, Betty Rosa. Passed away peacefully in her 93rd year on 11 June 2012. Dearly loved sister and sister- in-law of Gwen Coughlan (Orewa), Jack and Doreen Soar (Blenheim) and aunt of Sheryll, Richard, Heather and Warren, all of whom cherish the memories of the time spent in Betty's company. Will now be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
