SMITH, Beryl Pearl (Beryl) (nee Harris). Born August 29, 1944. Passed away peacefully at home November 10, 2023. Beryl is the proud wife of George and mother of Taal, Daniella, Allon, Yadon and Kara. She is the loving grandmother of Jordan, Talia, Hayley, Mason, Kalani, Tijana, Wakaroa, Kahurangi and Mikah and great grandmother to Lakoda and Anaya. On Monday November 13th, Mum's service will be at Aperahama Church, Kaikohe at 11am followed by her burial in Marino urupa, Kaikohe. Te hakuikui, te ngoingoi, te roiroi a te whanau. on behalf of all the ex northland college hostel boarders that had the very great pleasure of knowing ( mrs smith) beryl condolences go out to all of the family. she was always a kind and a compassionate person to us all. she helped make all our lives at the boarding hostel to feel it was a home away from home. i have very fond memories of beryl and i am sure that the many other boarders do to that had the pleasure of knowing beryl a great lady that will be sadly missed by us all with kindest of regards to beryls family
